If scales are correct (depends which way you put them on bathroom floor) about 5lb so far. Down to 12st 10lb. Noticed man b..bs flattening again more than weight loss

Hi all, I've been talking about these a fair bit lately to quite a few members, so thought a bit of a piccy diary might help, so here we have a step by step changing of a standard eyelet bush and alloy top hat arrangement for a heavy duty / strong bush kit.
